The Task List we have created is a detailed plan for the digital migration of Unity Home Partners. The goal is to end their current, outdated paper filing system. Unity Home Partners has included all of the necessary staff in this process and began with the vision of what they wanted to keep record of more efficiently, and what they wanted this database to look like and be able to do for them. Once the vision and plan were in place, the team helped Unity Home Partners with the design and development of the new business process and data model. Moving forward, further design and testing of the database will take place. When the database is ready to be implemented and go live at Unity Home Partners, training for staff on proper use of this database will be crucial. If the staff at Unity Home Partners is not inputting accurate and quality data, then the database will not be used to its full potential. Multiple trainings for the staff will take place until all users are comfortable. Also, the staff at Unity Home Partners will be required to generate weekly reports to ensure that their data is up to date. The team is optimistic that this new business process and data model will be very beneficial for Unity Home Partners, and were honored to be such an important part of this process.
